I am Liselle Jackson and I am a proud mother of two, and thoroughly enjoy this role. As a customer service practitioner for over twenty (20) years I have developed a wide variety of techniques that ensure customer satisfaction and retention are my top priorities. I proudly hold a BSC in General Management and a Master of Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, England which affords me the academic knowledge to support my practical skills.

The desire for excellence comes from a well-rounded upbringing from two very industrious parents. Surely as the daughter of a teacher you are encouraged to always work hard. Today many of my attributes are old school thinking with a millennial twist.
