The diligence and enthusiasm that was displayed made it very simple for me to achieve my documents due to the guidance that was provided. All calls were answered and messages were replied without any delays so there’s no problem gathering info as I proceeded thought this transaction. The process was a very smooth transition and I was really happy to receive my keys in such short space of time. It’s a feeling that is unexplainable and can only be felt by experiencing it. We officially came into the ‘Step by Step Property Consultancy and Management’ family on August 6, 2022, when we attended their Open House at Palm Meadows Development, Cunupia. What a warm and professional welcome we received from the team, managed by Jillian Jones-Smith! That experience from beginning to end was informational, transparent and reassuring.

Jillian’s initial display of wisdom to guide us in seeing beyond loyalty to a particular financial institution and being open to exploring our options, played a crucial role in the effortless process. Every ‘step’ of the way was met with calm, cool and clear communication regarding the requirements and expectations of all involved – the realtor, the bank, the developer and the legal partners. Just imagine, after nine days’ of consultation with ‘Step by Step’, we selected our unit and made our down-payment. That was the most fulfilling part of the journey – being able to see our dream become a reality, seeing the light at the end of the tunnel flicker brighter and brighter.

Throughout the journey, we witnessed Jillian skillfully coordinate those activities between the banker and the developer to produce a unique collaboration, exceeding the sum of their individual effects. It was clear that Jillian’s professional approach spilled over and was endorsed by all stakeholders involved. We recall the developer saying to us in the very earlies that “Jillian is cool as a cucumber and easy to work with”.

Appropriately titled ‘Step by Step’, Jillian walked us through every step of the various phases of home ownership, sharing practical knowledge from her plethora of examples.

Sure, there were a few moments when we felt that things were not moving fast enough and that the bank and developer were silent. Jillian kept us honest and enlightened as to what would have been taking place behind the scenes and reassured us that everything will be fine. It was so comforting having her to quell our anxiety with such a major investment.

Now that we have completed all ‘steps’ in this fulfilling accomplishment, we are thrilled and forever grateful to Jillian and the ‘Step by Step’ family for their indelible positive impact in our lives. Thank you so much Jillian; we owe it all to you!
